Shadow Shield skill

in this map it tells me the error code is wrong on the shadow shield ability but i cant find whats wrong with it please help

SS_Handle should be an Integer variable; if you want to keep it as a handle, just set udg_SS_Handle = udg_SS_Caster.

i fixed it so it no longer gives me the error code and let me enable the trigger but now the special effects wont work on it, so the damage is done but it does not show anything

Maybe you're trying to use a special effect that has very short death animation. Try the spell without destroying the effects, then try some other effects.

no because it used to work, but then i fixed the leaks and i did try it with out the destroy special effects and still nothing happened also i tried a whole bunch of different special effects and none of them work
