Alrighty, I have been experiencing some serious irritation at the hands of WE. Feel free to help me out by answering any of these questions.
Glitchy Upgrade Unit
1. I have made a unit that sells units and items, the unit is only supposed to be available if you have a certain upgrade, but it appears even without the upgrade. I tried making it where it is unavailable for purchase or training via triggers, and it still appears in-game. I have tried everything it's not a simple answer.
Glitchy Abilities On A Unit
2. I made a unit with two abilities, of these abilities one is a 'channel' based ability, both of them are set properly, but neither of them appear in-game as one of the unit's abilities. That really made me say "Wtfbbq!?" are there certain types of units that can't use abilities lol?
Laggy-Leakless Trigger
3. I have removed all leaks from a trigger but it still causes lag to start while the trigger is running, and there are no linking triggers, why!?
Lost Orders During Ability Cast
4. Some abilities cause you to - after casting - lose all of your previous orders and stay paused for a few moments, while you could possibly be getting manslaughtered by some enemy unit. How can I fix this bullshit?
Terraining Problems, Need Advice
5. My map is very much based on open terrain allowing you to move around and not get stuck, as most skill-based games in WC3 are, but my map seems waaaaaay too empty with just a few trees and some minor tileset variation. How can I make my terrain super-sexy without causing it to cause you to get stuck and get raped by zombies? This map is based in a heavily snowy area.
Parachute + Wyvern Cage = Airdrop
6. I've played the map NOTD III times and noticed that it has items with parachutes attached, but these are not actually models that are all-in-one the parachute and the items are separate models and I can't yet figure out how they did it any ideas? I have one but it is extremely complex.
