Set all hotkeys of spells to QWER?

So I was wondering is there a way to set all spells use QWER hotkeys? Like is there a tool that can make that and not doing it seppareted?

Try searching on google something called the WarKeys. People I know on Gameranger that play LoD told me about this tool that has this specific purpose.
