Selecting a different model.

I don't know much about world editor. I can download some of the great Models from this site and use them in some of my own maps and that is about all of my expertise.

Some models have one file but multiple variations such as this one:
Archery

How do I select between the different ones?

There's a section in the Object Data at the top for "alternate" forms. That's a tiered structure.
To get a better idea for how this works, look at the object data for the Human's Town Hall/Keep/Castle.
