Searching a stone tablet model with symbols

Does anybody know a good stone tablet model with symbols on it? I want to use it as an item model and i already got a good icon for it. I am currently using Blizzard's glyph model for it but i have used it already. And i couldn't find any stone tablet model here on Hive.

There is an item model already in the game

Here is the path: Objects\InventoryItems\Glyph\Glyph.mdl

It spins like an item though so if that isn't what you want someone could probably fix that for you
