Here are my personal feedbacks/doubts
-I think that the grass in sea is too close, looks unnatural but I ain't sure.
-the sea looks a bit empty
-rocks with trees ummm not yet sure if it fits since some are way too close.
-I'm also not sure if my swamp looks natural

Well here is my FeedBack

Sea

To flat you should use raise/lower tool more often for your maps.
Add grass models on the Grassy surfaces and use more tiles.
Combine more grass tiles and move the grass field back a litle bit it looks unnatural to me.
Add more Beach and Sea Doodads and maybe add a ship In the Distance.
Add some animals like crabs and stuff.
Vines.

Swamp
Again use raise/lower a bit more and shamp should be dirty and like Dead so I dont think that these Bushes belong here.
Too much same Ferns add variations and colors.
Add Grassy Rocks under the Tree and around it and not Rocky tree. (I would use the Ashenvale one)

Add more Ferns and Grass in the water and maybe some floting debris.

Cheers ;)

I agree with you to some extent but I can argue here and there.

Sea
-Add more tile/texture variety (sunken ruins small bricks combined with sand usually give a good result)
-If that in the back is a jungle, add some vines hanging from the trees and make it feel like the vegetation has really taken over.
-Maybe add a lighthouse to go with the ship ? :3
Swamp
-Make the water shallow near the shores (this is not a lake/river)
-do NOT make it dead, simply use wild plants such as vines on the ground and larger bushes.
-Add some frogs ? :D

EDIT: Also, play around with the lighting in the first one. there are a lot of opportunities! :)
