SCROLL MASTER RPG


Hello bees of the hive welcome to the Scroll Master RPG.

Story

In the land of Asharn dark prophecies are unfolding, as the black gate slowly opens the ancient races of the land seek the scroll of absulute power. The scroll; Exodus is the scroll that has the power to close or open the black gate.
For which the Black legion comes forth from the black gate to enslave all inhabitants on the other side. Deperate that the scroll Exodius can fall into other hands, all the races send forth their most powerful warriors to take the scroll and use it for there own purpose.
Each of the warriors from the races must follow the path laid down by them. Knowing full well that others want the Exodus.

Role of the Night Elves (Path of the Sentinel)
The sentinel hero: ? has been set forth to gain the scroll of Exodus to ceal the black gate and forbid its armies forever. They know that this wont be easy, although with there superior senses they are suduced to aid by others. In the city of Stonehelm they will find what they need to slay the Exodus guardian and claim the all powerful scroll.
Role of the Dwarfs (path of the lightning hammer)
The Dwarfs wish to capture and control the Exodus to resurrect there fallen champion "steel clave" and with him they may finally destroy the Dragons of the north and reep the rewards. The dwarfs need to purchase weapons for there representative from the city. The dwarf little know that their actions may lead to a bloody conflict.
Role of the Goblins (path of the unexpected)
The goblins have been stranded in asharn for years now, they desperatly try to repair there great flying carrier, "The Zagnort", the zagnort is a great huge zepplin that crashed after the black gates energy brought it down. The goblins find that their Zepplin is beond simple repair and will require the Exodus to repair it. There demand for the Exodus may be selfish but they are willing to fight and die to get the Zagnort up again.
Roles of the Naga (Path of Forgotten)
The naga have long waited for the Exodus to be released from the underworld, the seek the power to ressurect there queen of Valasha. The nagas hatred for everyone else is almost infinate but they need the help and sanctuary that stonehelm offers. Since the naga have very little millitary force in asharn they do not wish to stir up trouble, jet anyway. The exodus is the only power that can raise there queen once again.
Role of the Blood Elves (Path of the Rune Markers)
The Blood Elves still cannot feed the magic thirst, but they wish to use the exodus to feed them unlimited supplies of magic. Finally they may find a better hope of confort. The Blood Elves have been trying to capture the Exodus even from the underworld but never has it been in arms length before. They are willing to go dramatic measures to capture the Exodus and unlock magic powers never seen before.

Role of the Orks (Path of the warrior nemisis)
The orks want the Exodus to fuel there leader Dread blade with unlimited power. With it they may finally remove the human presence from asharn and the world. However the orks are forbiddon from stonehelm and must buy there scrolls of power from the Black Citadel of the undead. Although the undead feast on all living, they have larger issues to worry about.
Role of the Undead (Path of the forsaken)
The undead knew that the burning legion was on there side but not the black Legion. They want the Exodus scroll to open the black gate and lure in the demons of the forsaken lands. Then they wish to use the exodus again to close the gate and slay the small amount of demons that got through. Using necromancy they may raise the demons as the undead and have a new power horse to clease the land of the living.
Role Demonic Order (Path of the forbiddon)
The demonic order are allies of the black legion and wish to bring them into this world. Although there are very few demons in Asharn they believe that they will suceed. The demonic order have lived in asharn under the undead superiority and wish to be liberated, but this must be done in secret
Role of the Trolls (Path of the axe hunter)
The trolls demand is not as great as the other races but the trolls desperatly want to rid of the Zagnort. The Goblins have taken troll territory with the aid of the Humans and wish to push them back and exterminate all the goblins in asharn. They want the exodus to enpower there hero and conquer the goblins and all that stand in there way.
Role of the Tauren (Path of the Battle masters)
The tauren are ambitious, they wish to conquer land in the forsaken lands, to do this they want to open the portal and sent there armies into the portal, with the power of the Exodus of course. The tauren have a good chance of suceeding this.
Gamplay

Through this RPG 2 teams, one of dark and one of evil strife for the Exodus, each race wants the Scroll and wars and fights are becoming more frequent.

the game will be split up into 2 teams, dark and light. A player of the team may choose the path and campaign story they wish to take only to find out that they all clash.

Map Consistance
Each race will have a small village outside stonehelm. Stonehwlm will have roughly 8 building in which they all can be entered. Instead of previous RPG where the interrior is placed elsewhere on the map, the buildins will have a interior and the game camera is pitched as you go further in. The black gate will be at the top right corner will the night elves close by. There will be 5 small temple tombs that contain 5 powerful scrolls, Patheus, Vultras, Zora, Malikan and the Octavious. These scroll can be captured by any player but there protected by powerful guardians. The scrolls are a set of powerful spells, from lightning bolt to Divine shield. Only when the 5 scrolls are removed from there padestals can the Exodus tomb be opened.
The Exodus is hidden inside a temple protected by 4 guardians that must all be slain to get at the Exodus. There will be hidden areas on the map that possess powerful weapons or armour. To the north lays the dragon mountains. There is a dragon so powerful that only the Exodus can destroy it.

Gamplay Experiences
The path you choose will have a trail of quests that tell a epic storyline, the story line in any path can be changed to however you want it. Your path wont be easy going, as you unfold the story you will find that your actions will clash head on with other paths choosen by other players. Allies or enemies. Spells and abillities are represented as scrolls. Scrolls have different abillities and they can be brought from stonehelm or the black citadel. Scrolls can be stacked. You will have to do quests for the race that you serve but you may also do some quests that are just for rewards, is it for expenisve scolls, gold or special armours or weapons.

The black gate will open within a hour and a half, if nobody has gained the Exodus then things start to get complex and difficult. The Black legion will pour into the land and destroy all that stands in there way. If so then holding out in Stonehelm behind its massive walls is a clever thing to do but the legion is unlimited. You are also fighting against time before its too late.

Playing

Once you have choosen your path you will be spawmed in your village or town right after the intro. You will start off with about 5 quests to do, such as killing some hostiles to constructing defences. The first quests you do will gain you small rewards but the harder they are, the better the rewards. Doing one quest will lead to another. Completing some quests may cancel out others. A long story is unfolded that should last up to a hour until where you must obtain the Exodus. But still there will be more quests. Quests should be fun, they will be adventurous that explores thae great terrain and scenery. Battle bosses or lots of creaps, even enemy player buildings. You may even construct your own little village of small buildings.

Each path will have only 1 hero to choose from for now. He/she will be unique and fun to play with.
