Screenshots key?

Hi,
I can only make screenshots in the World Editor but not ingame when I test my map. Is this some kind of bug?

I encountered this kind of issues a very long time ago, but it's typically rare. If I attempt to press the "Print Screen" button, the game will say "Screen Capture Failed" message instead of the "Screen Captured".
Also, there is a people who posted this kind of issue when taking a screenshots beforehand. Some suggests Snipping Tool trick (assuming that you are using modern OS):

But I do not even get any feedback message
It works on Windows but not in Warcraft. No feedback message on screen, no screenshot.
It seems to occur when I test the map and sometimes when I start Reforged.
Sometimes it works which is very strange.
