What's up with the babytalk?

Anyway. Right now the textures get more and more sharp the further you get to the inner part.
The handle is quite blurry, the spikes are so-so blurry, and the inner part is sharp.
Can you find a middle way?

Joking aside, I just uploaded this to quickly get criticism so I can improve it faster. But I seem pretty set on this design for now, this will be a SPECIAL weapon for Juggernaut, other weapons will be much simpler and more generic, but still detailed.

Mesh here seems good, I like that four split part near the blades, whatever its called. Wrapping looks bit more blurry and less detailed between the handle and center part. Otherwise, nice

So, are you going to update this to the new version, or will you upload them separately? Because the other version looks neat, but this one has some issues. For instance, the wrap of the handle is a mess, and the inside faces of the blade isn't wrapped at all. I also don't like that the center of the head is so detailed while the rest is so stretched. Other than that, it's a unique and rather cool design.
