Sanev Spell Resistance

Is it true that Sanev can drop a cleric spell (aura) that grants 15% spell resistance?

+Where can I find "Cloak of the magus"? From ogres?

That spell can be droped by any mobs from d1 d2 , sanev , giant wolf , trol .... i have that spell on my bishop
