Russian translator?

I want to translate mdlvis to english, but I need someone who knows russian to translate it to english, so I can change hex values in mdlvis. So anyone?

mdlvis is possibly the best mdl editor, though it is abused for exporting wow models, I will remove that function and make a english model editor out of it

Did you get a permission from original author to translate the program and delete it's main function? If not, you can't modify the program according to your needs.

well he got the source code, I imagine that he recieved some kind of permission.

I suggest going on http://xgm.ru/ and start the investigation there. They have the program, so maybe someone did the translation already.
