pretty good rune-sword, nice use of the cape texture.

however, the "spikes" on the blade are weird. you could either remove both or just add more of these to the actual blade. but, that purple one on the top part really gotta go.

EDIT: also, I'm concerned about the poly count, maybe the handle and hilt, as well as blade are having a lot more polys that they need. I suggest that you try to cut down a bit more if you can. :]
