Is there one place on this website with every rule? Because every time I do something someone posts right behind me "Have you read the rules?" and its getting kinda annoying...I never see the places to read the rules...

As Werewulf noted, the main site rules are located in the FAQ, which is available in the Community pull-down menu at the top of each forum page.

As donut3.5 pointed out, forum-specific rules are located in each forum as threads that are "Sticky" or "Pinned."

All users should be familiar with the rules in the FAQ and sticky threads: it makes things run smoother; once informed and aware, users can then help others.
