Alright, three things. The villagermale texture. The model doesn't visably use it so it can be removed. Other thing is an animation problem. It switches between it's normal stand and the Stand Third animations. Will probably do the same with the attack and walk animations. Simply fix this by changing the "Third" to somting else, like "Upgrade", "Flesh", or "Channel". I would also sugest changing the "Second" and "First" animations to other names aswell, as the same thing might happen. The villager has two completel skeltons. One for the villager himslef and one for that corpse he lugs around. This model doesn't neet the corpse skeleton, so get rid of it. Get those three things fixed.
One thing I forgot. Change the model's internal name.
