Is it possible to create an epic RPG campaign?
I mean a first map for leveling with town and a lot of monsters and then you go to the next map with quest and new stuff and then I don't know a map with bosses.
Is it possible? A RPG on 5 or 6 big size map?

For singleplayer, yes, you can make infinite maps (Hard Drive limits of your pc... aka limits of your money) and play the map on that.
The limit is ~2 GB. MPQ v0 archives break passed that.

The question you should be asking is "what makes an epic RPG campaign?". How will something you create be different or better than what already exists? Will it be worth making by the time you are finished?

You dont require it to be in one MPQ though.
I thought campaign archives were a single MPQ, and he is asking to make one (not a series of maps).

The main problem with RPGs is giving players something to do that engages them enough to keep playing. If you have different areas and stat/level progression you may find yourself with heroes with absolutely stupid statistic numbers after a while. If you do not have such progression you can end up being quite bored fast as you can quickly do everything the RPG has to offer.

Starting an RPG campaign for WC3 in 2016? Not a good idea tbh. The userbase is already extremely small. When you're done with your project or have it in a presentable state (~ 2 years from now), the userbase will be even smaller.

Instead, you should probably start with SC2, which has a much larger userbase and offers more freedom to create what you want.

RPGs take very long to develope.
