Rotating Pylon/Crystal/Obsidian Rock

Hello,

May I know if there's anyone who can make a slowly rotating pylon (like the starcraft pylon), or crystal or obsidian rock? I do not want it to be a doodad, but a structure. It would be best that there will be a channel animation where there are glimmers of red light shines through the rock cracks.

Anyone?
