Hey I am currently working on a model, please leave feedback as a comment :)

Texturing: In progress

After texturing is done, I will start to rig it and skin it then animate all it's animations.

Please, don't feel insulted by my feedback, but you should try to make the skin more ''warcraftish'' (i.e. make it a bit more detailed and shadings!). Currently it looks a bit cartoonish, and i'm afraid it will be rejected. As for the mesh, it looks pretty crude, try to edit it a bit, like making certain parts of the arms thicker then the rest (like the elbows) and such.....btw, how many vertices does it have? You can't simply use the crude cylinder, cone, square, etc. shapes directly as they are without editing it, if you want to get your model approved. I'd recommend you for the future to start with planes (the shape ''Plane'', not the aircrafts) if you model in Milkshape. they're easier in skinning and being pulled/welded into shapes. Cylinders are notoriously hard to skin if there's a fron and backside.

reminds me of lego

This.

Anyway, that is one hot, sexy model.

Good luck on finishing it.

Currently it looks a bit cartoonish

It was cell shade, what do you expect? I don't think it will be rejected just because of that. I still find this piece useful(and cute) and we haven't seen the animation yet. Maybe he can pull something out.
