Rips and maps

Just curious, if an optimized map has model rips, will it be rejected?
Also, will a map be rejected if it has models that are edited by the map author without the model author's permission?

Dawn of War from the site which must not be named. XGM, that is.

It probably will get rejected.
Using rips from non-blizzard games is illegal from what I know.

The map mods aren't that strict normally, when it comes to this case. Though, you should not fill your map completly with rips, if there are only a few, I think it might be okay, but it always depends.
