Goblin Gunner... Good for him.
It stands to reason that a Goblin with more than 3/4 his head stuffed in a black thing (Cloak?) really looks like a Goblin. Not to mention, it's just a Rifleman that looks like a Goblin... Sort of...

I don't think it's so bad... Wait, well, yes I do, this needs lots of work if it's going to deserve any praise.
