Nice job! Love the guys with bold arms and armored rifleman especially 🔥

Can't rate it yet since they have a lot of warnings in the sanity test, likewise portrait talking animations during the Death Sequence (looks like this problem appeared when they were merged), a doubled leg in bones, missing some arm bones and a skull is under the ground:

It's always better to sanity check the models and get rid of the issues before you start re-wrapping 😉

Damn, I did not noticed that to be honest. But that is too problem of original Ujimasa's riflemen. And I have no idea how fix it(except for decay bone), my modeling ways can be summarized in these words: merge geoset and edit uv mapping.

Try to use mdlxoptimizer - it's a link where you put your models and get an optimized version back. It's an automated system, so check the models via the sanity tester right after and see if everything is ok (also carefully review all the animations). But I advice you to learn how to fix those things yourself - this might be very useful as it will help you to understand animations and bones in the future.

I tried that once. and then tried to open it in model editor - and editor cracked
