As the balancing betatests of Blackfire Deep went reasonably well, it's time to add the missing features to the random dungeon.
Teleport Items & Escape Item
The next build will feature a set of teleport stones that can be dropped inside the dungeon. These teleporter stones allow players to re-enter the dungeon on certain "milestone" floors and save/continue progress after a certain point.
There are two types of teleport stones:
1) One-shot teleport stones that will allow you to enter Blackfire Deep at floor 10 (~character level 15) or floor 20 (~level 27). This will work just like entering the dungeon at floor one: the first player entering sets the floor and other players can join in afterwards (if they each have such a stone). There will also be a vendor at the entry of the floor to allow players to grab some starting equipment.
These stones can be found as drops that will start appearing around the floor that the stone will teleport you to.
These stones can be saved like regular items and yes, I am aware of the possibility to savescum these stones that way, but as everyone in the group requires a stone to enter the floor in question and due to the fact that you have to save as soon as you want to take an item out of the dungeon, I think this is negligible.
2) A teleport stone that will take you out of Blackfire Deep. This stone is different to using your town portal in the way that this stone will allow taking all loot found in Blackfire Deep outside for you to save on your character. You can not use this stone when you are dead and there is no way to re-enter the dungeon once you left that way (if your party is still inside). Using this stone will also destroy all one-shot teleport stones you have found in your current run.
Unique Reward Items for Blackfire Deep
Greater Scrolls
These scrolls will allow the player to permanently raise the stats of your character.
There will be scrolls to increase HP, MP, Armor, Attackpower, ArP, Crit, etc., however, you can only use each scroll once.
Special Mounts
For those who like to pimp dat ride.
Upgradable items
Items that are exclusive to Blackfire Deep (across all levels) and can be upgraded by Dun Haldran Tokens to increase their item level and stats.
New Legendaries
Of course there will be some.
Feel free to suggest other types of rewards!
