Revive without Resurrection

This is what I think also, but if the unit stands too close to another dead unit, the other unit might accidenly be revived instead, forcing you to make "random unit will be revived" in text. And I wanted to point out that if the unit didn't die yet, you can make "even - unit dies -> replace deing unit with same unit type of dead unit, with max hp and mana" -> the new unit will have the original unit abilities, and be revived with the same variable it had before its death (it it was belong to unit group for example). Allthogh I wish there was easier way to do it, it partly solved the problam to know it's impossible via triggers.

You can set the revive range of resurrection to 1 or something small. Either that or you can use the spirit walker's ability and just change it so that it doesn't work on only tauren.

Then you can just move the dummy to the location of the corpse and then it will work. (make sure the dummy unit has 0 collision, you might want to disable it via triggers) This method works, I've tested it. However, the drawback is that if the unit was exploded or does not leave a corpse then it will not revive them.

What, you want to be able to target dead unit so there's no "accident" in reviving the units ?
By mean "target", it's the target-cursor, and yes there's no such spell that can target-cursor dead units because they simply can't be selected/clicked.

Smart comment.
I meant that if units die too close you might accidenly revive unit that you didn't mean to, like if the spell meant to revive "low level units" and u revive level 6 by mistake, etc.
So, aside from instant replacement or "create new unit and remove the corpes" there was indeed no other way to make it. I made the spell description to say "and one unit might be revived by accident" as I use reincarnication (paladin ultimate) for making the spell automaticly fail if there aren't nearby corpse, the conflict I had was about how the code of the spell works but I rather have that than having a trigger that force the hero to stop whenever he try casting the ability (might lose mana and might cause lag or simply force the hero out of channeling).
