Is there a way to access a computer and get its wc3 frozen throne cd code to install on a computer? my friend has one on a laptop but he needs 4 a bot

There is the wc3keyfinder.

Just google it. It reveals roc and tft keys

Get the install account (battlenet 3.0 account)/ discs (the manual should have it attached to the back) and look at the CDkey codes attached to them.
Basically the same way he installed them on his laptop in the first place.

Anyother method can be used to steal CDkeys and so is not supported. Theft is a crime in nearly every country and so it is here to.
