I need a hero test map that includes some custom spells. I have most of the data for the spells as well as icons and a model.

The model is the Gnoll Warden.

Skill 1 - Unstable Magiks - Active
Shatar releases an unstable arcane magik that travels in a line until it hits either a hero or a creep. If the first target is a creep it will travel as a regular line spell and will either combust (burn damage in a 300 AOE) at its maximum range or when Shatar forces it to. If the first target is a hero it will act as a chain spell and will hit a number of enemies in an area before returning to the first hero it hit and combusting.

Level One: 50 line damage, 25 burn damage for 2 seconds at max range or when combusted. Max range of 600.
Level Two: 85 damage, 35 burn damage for 3 seconds at max range or when combusted. Max range of 700.
Level Three: 120 damage, 40 burn damage for 4 seconds at max range or when combusted. Max range of 800.
Level Four: 155 damage, 54 burn damage for 4 seconds at max range or when combusted. Max range of 900.
Manacost: 70/100/125/145
Cooldown: 12

Subskill 1 - Combust - Active
Shatar combusts his Arcane spell dealing burn damage in an area.

Skill 2 - Arcane Flows - Active
Shatar channels the arcane flows in his body building up a large amount of power which he releases on a target area. The flows are powerful but unstable when outside the body; they have the potential to do large damage but can also dissipate. Every second that the arcane flows are present on the battle field they have a chance to either do an effect or dissipate. If the flows do an effect then the next second they have a chance to do the next effect or dissipate. There are three effects, if all three effects are cast, the flows will dissipate after the casting of the third effect.

Level 1 - Does 50 damage to targets within a 300 AoE and stuns them for .75 seconds. The first effect of the flows is 25 more damage and have an increased stun by .25 seconds. The second effect is 10% MS slow for 3 seconds. The third effect is the flows form a small vortex pulling enemies still in the AOE to the center of the flows.
Level Two - Does 100 damage at targets within a 300 AoE and stuns them for 1 seconds. The first effect of the flows is 50 more damage and have an increased stun by .5 seconds. The second effect is 15% MS slow for 3 seconds. The third effect is the flows form a small vortex pulling enemies still in the AOE to the center of the flows.
Level 3 - Does 150 damage at targets within a 300 AoE and stuns them for 1.25 second. The first effect of the flows is 75 more damage and have an increased stun by .75 seconds. The second effect is 20% MS slow for 3 seconds. The third effect is the flows form a small vortex pulling enemies still in the AOE to the center of the flows.
Level 4 - Does 200 damage at targets within a 300 AoE and stuns them for 1.50 seconds. The first effect of the flows is 100 more damage and have an increased stun by 1 seconds. The second effect is 25% MS slow for 3 seconds. The third effect is the flows form a small vortex pulling enemies still in the AOE to the center of the flows.

Manacost: 90/125/145/185
Cooldown: 16/14/12/10

Mechanics: The flows manifest as an invulnerable object on the battlefield (your choice). Every 1 second they are on the battlefield the trigger will give a 50% chance to do an effect and a 50% chance to dissipate. If the first effect is cast the trigger will give the same chance for the second effect. If the second effect is cast the trigger will give the same chance for the third effect. After the third effect is cast the flows will dissipate.

Skill 3 - Ancestral Intellect - Passive
Sha’Tar focuses his intellect to harness the powers of himself and his orb by combining his intellect with his ancestors increasing his potency and the outcome of battle. Passively adds intellect and improves the damage of his spells

Level 1 - There is a 15% that when Sha’Tar is hit by a spell, 5% of the damage taken will be added to his next spell cast. Passively adds 2 intellect and caps at maximum of 1 spell
Level 2 - There is a 20% that when Sha’Tar is hit by a spell, 10% of the damage taken will be added to his next spell cast. Passively adds 4 intellect and caps at maximum of 1 spell
Level 3 - There is a 25% that when Sha’Tar is hit by a spell, 15% of the damage taken will be added to his next spell cast. Passively adds 6 intellect and caps at maximum of 2 spells
Level 4 - There is a 33% that when Sha’Tar is hit by a spell, 15% of the damage taken will be added to his next spell cast. Passively adds 8 intellect and caps at maximum of 2 spells

Animation: a red and/or yellow glow around Sha’Tar and maybe a colour change to represent spells being absorbed, or some other animation.

Additional Information: simply, there is a chance that when Sha’Tar is hit by a spell, 15% of the damage taken will be added to the next spell Sha’Tar casts. An example is if Sha’Tar is hit by a 300 damage spell, 15% of the spell, or 45 damage will be added to your next spell. You can only have a maximum of 2 spells percentage of damage added to your next spell (so back to the example up top, if Sha’Tar was hit by 2 spells each doing 300 damage and Ancestral Intellect proced both times, it would add 15% of the first spell and 15% of the second spell, or 45 + 45 =90 to your next spell)

Skill 4 - Stable Diffusion - Active
Shatar unleashes a stable blast of pure arcane magic that does a set amount of damage in a 300 AOE. This pure arcane magic aids his other spells by making them stable and thus more powerful.

Level 1 - Does 250 damage. Skill 1 now does 10% increased initial and burn damage. Skill 2 will now reduce spell resistance by 10% on first effect. Second effect will now have 5% increased MS and 10% AS slow. Third effect will now stun for .5 second at the end of the pull. These spell buffs will last 6 seconds.
Level 2 - Does 350 damage. Skill 1 now does 15% increased initial and burn damage. Skill 2 will now reduce spell resistance by 15% on first effect. Second effect will now have 10% increased MS and 20% AS slow. Third effect will now stun for .75 second at the end of the pull. These spell buffs will last for 8 seconds.
Level 3 - Does 450 damage. Skill 1 no does 20% increased initial and burn damage. Skill 2 will now reduce spell resistance by 20% on first effect. Second effect will now have 15% increased MS and 30% AS slow. Third effect will now stun for 1 second at the end of the pull. These spell buffs will last 10 seconds.

Manacost: 175/225/275
Cooldown: 85 seconds
