Requesting Go to next map trigger

Can someone make a trigger so when i enter a region i go to another map but i keep the same person and items id u do i will +rep u and put your name on my Credits on the load upscreen im making a kinda of runescape game.

That is rather simple, and I suggest you try it yourself. It's done with something called gamecaches. Look at bob27's tutorial:
