Request to Trigger Alternate Form

Hello Guys!
I have a question. Tiny has a 4th skill in which he changes size in every level of that skill but it uses the same model. Is there a way to trigger a different form for each every level? Thank you in advance

You can try experimenting with transformation abilities. There is a "Hero passive transformation" tutorila or thread somewhere.
