Request to add particle emitters to a model

I've been trying for days to give this model particle emitters to its spell animations but I've been failing. Can I ask someone else to do it for me?

I had same trouble with such texture, and I figured things just right by messing around.
Whatever you have to do is look for this

and set them to 8, since, y'know, texture has 8 rows and columns

I added the particle wherever i saw they'd fit, but tell me if you want to change anything

Thanks for the particle emitter! Can I just ask you to place it around the runes and make it longer?

Let me just confirm again if the rows and columns should always be equal to the texture size?

As i see it, it slices texture on a number of rows and columns, then plays each one in order.
So if you have 8x8 texture like this, you make it 8 rows and 8 columns.
And if you have, say,

you gotta go for 4 rows and 1 column.
