Request: -swap system

I need a -swap system that works for:

Players between 2 and 8 ( 2,3,4,5,6,7,8 )

Its like (I'm player 2 [ blue ]) and i want player 3's hero. I will say -swap 3 and
player 3 recives a message on hud: Say -swap 2 to swap hereos with [blue player's name]
