Request - Race Ideas

ok, this is the thing, i want ideas for modelling an entirely new race wich haven't been used before.
only two requirementsis needed
1. a basic description of the races outlook
2. it has to use ingame textures
optional:
I would like to see some sketches or picture ideas

I'm not really sure if this is the right place to post, but i didn't really want to request something at the artist's discussion forums, and the idea factory is for maps so...

anyway i'll like to see some really creative suggestions and stuff, and if i'll upload it i'll give credit for the idea. (and if you are interested i'll link it to a later post.
