Request help for void model editing

Hello everyone, I need help from an expert. I need help editing an SD model with textures already present in the game. The model belongs to @Wa666r and I already have editing permissions. The issue is that the model uses external textures, which leads to two problems: 1) it looks more like it belongs to WoW than W3C, and 2) using external textures takes up more space and therefore increases the file size (more KB). Therefore, I would appreciate your help in:
1. Editing the model and using in-game textures from Faceless Void, specifically purple for the skin, and for the armor, using a texture from the game that matches the color and design of the hero's current armor. If possible, I would also appreciate it if you could edit the current file size of the model, as the current size (577 KB) seems excessive; it could easily be reduced to 300-400 KB per MDX model. 2. Another point to edit would be the current scale size of the model, changing it from 1 to 0.75, as I consider that to be the ideal size for this hero.

3. It would also be good to add the dissipation animation when a hero dies (that is, when their spirit rises upon death).

4. This would involve removing unnecessary animations like "sleep" or "walk," and instead keeping only "walk fast," and if possible, renaming it simply "walk."

5. This is optional, but I think it would look better if a little shine were added to the arm with three tentacles, since the other standard heroes always have a shine on each weapon. In this case, their "weapon" would be their arm with three tentacles. I know this all seems very long, but for someone with model editing experience, I'm sure it will be very simple and quick.
