I think what you meant is Winter Wyvern I think, if it is in Dota 1 its just a frostwyrm.

If you want to create nice models... then use models from LoL or DotA 2 or WoW or movies/series like GoT etc.

Models that already exist are not that hard to "make"

I think that is a skin for the blademaster .

Plus, his weapon is changed.
