I wouldn't really call my reply as extremely useful

Have you tried using different search words?
Usually, a simple word can already change the results you get with Google.

Try using keywords like: Model, Resource, Hero, Projectile, or other words that may relate to the resource you're looking for.

Also, always remember that the resource you're looking for might be an exclusive resource used only by DOTA, considering that it's a map "THAT" renowned.

Because, if it really is an exclusive resource, we can't do anything about that.

You could then ask someone to make you an imitation if it's that important to you.
