Replacing a Hero Revive animation for each faction. How?

Hey guys. So I'm trying to give each vanilla faction their very own personality, and one thing I'm trying to achieve is: giving each faction their own revive animation, and use the revive sounds each faction has withing the game files. How can I replace that animation for each faction?
(Also, if you have some good revive animation fitting a faction, please let me know)
