Rep bug

My rep is rly messed up .. i dont get it ... ppl gave me rep and all and now sometimes it goes +2 (when i get +1) and sometimes it even goes +8(!! if it goes +1) this is rly strange =/

If your talking about what I think you are, its not a bug.

Theres a thing called Reputation Power, the amount of reputation power you have, the more rep you give or take. I think its set so every 30 rep, you have 1 Reputation power, except admins, who always have a Reputation Power of 10.
