Magos' model editor does not delete vertices and meshes, just shrinks them so that they take up zero space. They're still there and if a part of the mesh is animated by two or more bones, you will get something that appears and stretches out of nowhere. Use Oinkerwinkle's Vertex Modifier or MdlVis to delete vertices.

Yeah that's exactly the problem. Thanx i will Try those other softwares.
