reloading key

i am trying to create a reload key that does not use the arrow keys i want to use esc but i dont know how.

Edit: Condition - "Game started" = false ?? whats this?

Event - Player skips cinematic sequence
Condition - "Game started" = false
Action - Do your reload thingie
