prevent wc3 from minimizing when ALT+ESC

It's impossible to prevent it.

Unless you are a master off game development, then no.

You can play wc3 in a window & it will minimize the effect, unless you are talking about interface. You can't remove it though because it is hardcoded into windows, same as ctrl+alt+del.

Most people use alt+tab to switch between programs, alt+tab only minimizes current program
