Rects with more than 4 points???

I know a rectangle in War 3 has 4 points normally being in accordance with being a quadrangle like shape (ie 4 corners all having right angles)

OR in laymens terms everything is squares or rectangles

BUT when trawling a thread i saw this https://www.hiveworkshop.com/threads/levers.132444/post-1176877

Now unless thats a trick of the print screen the rectangle has 6 points.

Is there anyone that could point my to a tool that could provide these features or confirm that im going mad.

Sorry, it has 4 points ^^
Due to the terrain increase, the region has moved up (half of it), making it look like it has 6 points.
As you've said before: they are ractangles, a rectangle has only 4 points.

Though regions with over 4 points would be really useful ^^

ah yes. it looks as if it moves forward but instead of moving upwards. lol

but saying that you want a rect (rectangle) is a bit stupid since a rectangle can only have 4 points no more no less.. I'm sure your talking about regions but i don't think it's possible

Well, in WEU, you can have regions.
You can assign cells and rects to those regions, so it becomes what you actually wanted in the first place: a region with multiple points, but WEU is outdated and is certainly not adviced.

You don't need WEU... Normal world editor has regions too, you just need to use jass.
