Hi,

I'm sure there is a guide about this, but I just couldn't find anything. Anyway, I'm trying to recolor immolation model, but it only has grey textures. Where does it get its color, and how can I change it?

Thanks in advance.

Umm, I now have a recoloring problem with another model. I tried to make the HealTarget purple and it is purple in magos' preview, but it looks exactly like normal ingame. I have changed all the textures to purple ones and changed all the nodes and geoset animation to purple ones, yet it is still all yellow..

Right path? I didn't import the model to any special path, but the texture paths should be correct, I use similar textures (just different color) found in the same section of mpq as what the model originally used.

Lol, I changed all the texture paths to "asdf" which doesn't exist, and know what? The model works still just like before. Why this happens?

Did you import the new texture into the model and set it so that the material uses it instead of the original one? Most firey effects are more particle based things and thus purely model orientated, whereas alot of special effects use a texture and so yeah.
