mhm.. lemme moderate this one.. the whole texture lacks a good theme and is using a lot of pasted images.. i'd like to see this one reworked with just normal brush and hand drawing. and also try to tweak that theme.. if you're really into arthas/jaina thingie, make her resemble a death knight, with icy blue in the eyes, or so..

Imo it doesn't look rebelled enough, try making her red.
On a serious note though, you should check Mr Goblins's Tutorial on how to perfect your skills, they helped me the most out of the rest of the tutorials available. And as always work hard and good luck on skinning.
But this skin? Meh, not acceptable to the Hive criteria .
