Rearranged Forums

I decided to rearrange the forums.

All hosted projects are now in a subforum called Projects instead of a category.
I moved Toturials and Tips to General Forums
Renamed General Warcraft Forums to Warcraft Forums
Added a forum for Thure about the game Lineage.
