Realistic Lightsaber

I would like to make the model of the lightsaber looking realistic. I have already have the model for it, and attached it. I used this: https://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/models-530/lightsaber-49824/. The thing i want to know is to make it realistic-looking, also like in the Star Wars movie. And can you link or send me the sound for it? If i need triggers, how do i make them?

Even if you have many model animations it's impossible for it to be realistic as in real lightsaber fight, so forget it...

about the sounds, you may search an mp3 or wav format for it and import it via sound editor, then trigger it everytime the hero attacks with a lightsaber...

1 Disable the Weapon SOund of your hero in the object editor.
2 Import lightsaber sound.

and it should be like this:

• Untitled Trigger 001
  • Events
    • Unit - A unit Is attacked
  • Conditions
  • Actions
    • Sound - Play WindSerpentMissile <gen> at 100.00% volume, attached to (Attacking unit)

ofc, the trigger is very basic coz it just gives an idea how...
