[JASS] Real-time game clock

In DOTA, as shown above, there is a real-time clock that runs throughout the course of the game. Does anyone know the script, triggers, etcetera that is involved and how you place the clock on the resource bars?

BTW, wasn't sure if this was JASS or GUI triggers...but considering most of DOTA is in JASS I made an educated guess. Sorry if I was mistaken.
 
Simple.Just open the Game Interface,change the lumber icon into an imported clock,then change the food icon into a blank icon.Then every second add 1 food to all players,every 60 seconds reset it to 0 and add 1 lumber.
