Rating spells bug?

You need to comment on spells to rate it but you can delete the spell so some people abuse it like:

xxdingo93xx

I find it anoying, when I do a spellpack and xxdingo93xx comments it "omg naruto spells 1/5". And my spellpack aint deffinetly 1/5. I quess ill stop posting them if this nonsence wont stop, but atleast the comment should stay if you rate the spell.

I have deleted xxdingo93xx's 1 rating. The resource will still count with 2 ratings until the next user casts his vote.
