Random Terrain Generation with attached regions

This is way out of my league, and I'm sure it would require JASS or something of the sort.

I need this trigger to be able to create random small islands on the map randomly wherever there is deep water.

Needs to:
-only generates on deep water without affecting other existing islands.
-create islands of varying small sizes, surrounded by shallow water, and a ramp up onto any higher areas.
-create regions attached to the islands created, or have some way to call on them as point/region later.

Anyone want to help me out? haha
