I heard Skeletal Coast in Shadowmoon Valley is good. Have to contact the orc administrator there.

I prefer tortuirn blood elves, then bringing high elves to heal them, then allow high elves to torture the blood elves and then heal them and torture them... you get the idea.
And in the end I put them in cell where they cant use fel powers making them get crazy because of their magical addiction, while my fellow high elves stand nearby and laugh at the idiot blood elves. I have long given my high elves new source of magic that slowly weakens, making them free of addiction.
