Rain and Fog System Request

To the point.
I wanted a Rain and fog system, but it's not an ordinary system, it will first, cloudy weather, after some times, light rain > heavy rain. the heavy rain will last at least a day, after the rain stop, the weather become foggy > sunny, just like the real weather.

It works by generating a random number 1 to 6 then picks 1 of 6 events based on weather.
