Terrain Request: GM Island!

Hello I have a request for a template/terrain map of GM Island from WoW here are some of my personal requests below

Map Size: 480x480
Water Color: Similar to WoW?
Tile Below Ocean: Sand (NO I AM NOT ASKING FOR ANOTHER SUNKEN RUINS BASED MAP)
Weather Cycles: Just Rain and some fog
Lighting Cycles: By Day Sunrays By Night Moonrays
Must Haves:
A Keep
A Graveyard
Trees
Fencing
Some Light based props/doodads like the post lantern
And plenty of buildable/editable space

I need at least a maximum amount of tiles used in the tileset modifier
Please use the following tool to make sure the island is smooth and comes from the ground up

Might I ask why nobody takes interest in a full scale reforged version of GM Island?

Actually I do but my pockets be empty at the moment I am not looking for a recruitment I just need to terrain of GM Island in a larger scale than normal comparing it to WoW and Reforged I need the terrain for a map I am working on if somebody could help just make the bare bones terrain of GM island I'd try to resize it myself
