I created the program for effects generation , this tool uses models which were in advance prepared.
(The model saves in mdl format so you need the tool for conversion from MDL in MDX.)

I think this can still be achieved using Magos.. so making this tool unnecessary..

It quicker in certain cases. It is possible to create new preforms which are stored in the WP folder (it is MDL files edited for my tool, I updated archive - added the WP folder).
(in file names : O - only, H - head, T - tail, A - animated *)
(I use the Google translator.
