Race selecting menu

First i would like to say hi to everyone because i am new to this community. Now i would like to know how to create a ingame race selecting menu since i have 4-5 different races in my map. I would like for it to pop up when game starts, you pick you race and then it spawns your race at location.

You should be able to choose custom races before the game starts by changing your appropiate player attribute. Bugs and crappy mapping systems make this difficult but it is still possible via custom player attribute.
